What counts as a conversation?
A single resolved thread with a customer, regardless of how many messages are exchanged. We don't bill per message or per token.
How does the free credit work?
Every new account gets $10 in credit on signup - about 1,000 conversations - with no card on file. After that, you add funds and pay as you go.
Do prepaid credits expire?
Your $10 signup credit and any funds you add are valid for 12 months from the date they're added. Unused paid credit can be refunded on request - see our Refund Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused prepaid credit is refundable under the terms set out in our Refund Policy. Contact support@engageai.info and we'll process it.
