This Privacy Policy explains how AI-ENGAGE LTD ("Engage AI", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17216900, with registered office at 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ, collects and processes personal data. "Engage AI" is a trading name of AI-ENGAGE LTD.
1. Who we are
For the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, AI-ENGAGE LTD is the data controller for personal data about visitors to this website and account holders. Where you use Engage AI to process data about your own customers, you are the controller and we act as your processor.

Account data: name, work email, company name, and password (stored hashed) when you create a workspace.
Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and product interactions, used to operate and improve the service.
Billing data: we use a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Customer content: knowledge sources you connect and conversations processed through the service.
3. How we use data
To provide and maintain the service, authenticate accounts, process payments, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation as our lawful bases as applicable.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers acting on our instructions (for example, cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery), where required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal data.
