Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the Engage AI service provided by AI-ENGAGE LTD. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Usage-based billing
Engage AI is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. You add prepaid funds to your account and usage is drawn down at the rates shown on our Pricing page. There is no subscription and no minimum commitment.
2. Promotional signup credit
New accounts receive $10 in promotional credit. Promotional credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and is not refundable.
3. Validity of prepaid funds
Promotional credit and any funds you add are valid for 12 months from the date they are added to your account.
4. Refunds of unused paid credit
Unused prepaid funds that you have paid for (excluding promotional credit) are refundable on request. To request a refund, contact support@engageai.info from the account email. We will refund the unused balance to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of confirming the request.
5. Consumed usage
Usage that has already been delivered (conversations processed) is not refundable, as the service has been provided.
6. Billing errors
If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and correct any verified error.
7. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable law.
